Early brass alms dish

A large brass alms dish with a central medallion depicting two men - The Thieves of Canaan - transporting a large cluster of grapes.

Surrounding the central panel is the Latin inscription “Ave gratia plena/Anno Domini 1503”.

Excellent condition and detail.
