Our return policy for Internet buyers
If, when an item arrives, it does not live up to your expectations, we ask that you email or call within three days of receipt. If, after discussing the problem with us, you decide to return the piece to us, we would expect you to pay for return shipping, using the same carrier (usually USPS) and insuring the item for the full purchase price. When it reaches us in the condition in which it was sent to you, we will issue a full refund, less the original shipping/insurance cost.
