A pair of tall, painted wooden finials

An interesting pair of decorative objects. The pineapples, though very similar, have enough differences in detail to indicate that they were carved by hand. The dark brown wood peeks out occasionally through the off-white paint that covers the surface. A square of thin felt has been added beneath each to cushion them from harming the surface upon which they sit.
