An exceptionally attractive dovetailed slide-top candle box

Made entirely of cherry, this box is compact in form, with a fine dovetailed joint in each corner. The sliding lid moves easily, and areas of the old, reddish surface are discolored from use. Perhaps the nicest we’ve ever had.
