Early Nuremberg brass alms dish

With its concentric circles of text, punched details, and flowers, this brass dish makes a grand statement. The face has been polished to a brilliant hue, while the back retains the oxidation of centuries. There are three small, circular repairs to the rim, one visible in image “d” at 3:00.
