A good-looking antique joint stool with tobacco-leaf carving in its joined apron. The lower stretchers are plain, and the legs are turned in a pleasing combination of vase and rings. The two-board top has pleasing patterns in the grain and a moulded edge. The light-colored stool is strong and tight, with no replacements or restoration.
