A dramatically embellished façade, with perspective carving, applied bosses, carved dogtooth moulding, and other moulding shapes. The two doors flanking the central carving have recessed centers, as well, giving the upper half of the cupboard an architectural appearance. Beneath the enclosed cupboard is a single, wide drawer, and below it is a deep pot board.
The carving on the face is both varied and capably realized, and the longer, horizontal elements are dressed with mouldings. Oval and pyramidal bosses are added to the base, doors, and frieze, while two corbels are added at the top of the boldly turned posts. The moulding and carvings of the face extend to the sides at frieze and pot board. The back consists of seven vertical boards. The cupboard was made as a single piece.
