A lovely table with elongated lower blocks, each of which terminates in an applied “toe”. Above each block is a particularly attractive baluster, somewhat compressed by the longer foot. The top has good color, and moves freely on its hinges, which appear to be 19th-century replacements. The drawer is an appropriate replacement and slides on the original drawer support.
