An absolutely beautiful Georgian gold ring which has been closed back set with a flat-cut garnet in gold, with a rayed, or basket backed verso.

There are two cushion-cut emeralds closed-back set on each shoulder in silver top ending in an arrow, joining the shank which has several cinched sections leading toward the plain gold bank shank.

This English ring, which dates from the 1700’s, is so very lovely; it is currently a size 8-1/14.
