Gorgeous pair of Iberian 18th century gold earrings fashioned with six gold heart-shaped petals, each set with a natural baroque pearl in the center of a four-cupped mounting, surrounding the main gold element with foliation and a pearl at its center. There are three trefoil pendant drops at the bottom of the earring each with a tiny seed pearl center, and double pearl drops from openwork. Each pearl is wired to its mounting.

Stunning earrings with gold hinged backwires which go in from the back of the ears. Each weighs approximately 5 g, measure 2” overall, and 1 ⅛” at the widest section.

A beautiful find, they are wonderful to wear!
