A very lovely pair of gold and silver earrings, each has been closed-back set in silver with two oval, faceted and foiled blue topaz paste stones (7x8mm sight). The top stone is attached to the long gold graceful shepherd’s crook earwire, the lower stone is joined to the top stone. The stones are bright and sparkling, and have cupped-rounded backs, the ‘belly’ so characteristic of Georgian jewelry. These beautiful earrings are English, and measure 1 ⅛” overall from the top of the gold earwires. Gorgeous color.
