This beautiful Georgian ring has been closed back set in silver with a starburst faceted, round, foiled rock crystal stone.  The crystal measures 12mm, and is bezel set with crimping at 8 points. The back of the stone setting has a rounded belly typical of Georgian pieces. The engraved gold shank joins the mount at the shoulders and tapers to an undecorated verso. The ring is English, and measures size 7-8.
