An exceptionally colorful image of a traditional windmill under the cloudy Dutch sky in an excellent frame.

Sold by Anderson Galleries in February or March 1918, part of the estate of George A. Hearn, the painting is well-documented on its verso: Bogert is written in pencil, and the auction tag includes his full name, though it is hardly legible.

Sight: 10 ⅜” X 13 ⅜”; Frame: 18 ¾” X 231 ½”

Price: $1250
