Virginia Strom Precourt traveled the world with an open mind and an eye for specific touchpoints that she could bring to her art. She could find inspiration in an outdoor market in Afghanistan, a misty morning in an English coastal fishing village, or, in “Nomads and the Demon Wind”, the “magical eye” mystery in the wings of a small moth, designed by nature to ward off predators.
